• “Minor Collector Highway Improvement Standard (Appendix D only)” – the Standards/Costs Subcommittee determined that this would be recommended as the standard for all minor collectors before any transfer of maintenance responsibility. (PDF)

• “Municipal and State Roles in Compact Areas (Appendix E only) -- the Urban Issues Subcommittee determined that this would provide clarity of job tasks in a compact area.  With a couple exceptions, this list is exactly what exists today for responsibilities.  All capital work, including paving, would remain with MaineDOT.
