Travel Lane On I-95 Northbound in Hampden closed for bridge repairs

Maine Department of Transportation bridge maintenance crews have closed one lane of traffic on I-95 Northbound in Hampden in order to conduct emergency repairs to a bridge joint on the Emerson Mills Road Bridge on I-95.

The travel lane will be closed for three days in order to repair one section of the bridge joint. After completing repairs in the travel lane, crews will close the passing lane in order to repair the joint on that section.

If repairs proceed as planned, the lane restrictions will be removed within six days. MaineDOT asks motorists to be aware of slowing traffic in the vicinity of the bridge on I-95 Northbound in Hampden.
