Auburn

Beginning at a point on Turner Road (State Route 4) at a point 0.04 mile north of Fair Street; thence, due north to a point due west of the west side of Gulf Island Dam; thence due east to the Androscoggin River (Auburn-Lewiston town line); thence, southerly via town line to a point due east of Riverside Drive (State Route 136) at a point 1.16 miles south of Brook Street, point of reference utility pole # 52; thence, due west to Riverside Drive;

Thence, southwesterly to the junction of South Main Street and Vickery Road; thence, northeasterly through the junctions of Mill and Broad streets to the Little Androscoggin River; thence, southerly and easterly via said river crossing Washington Street (North and Southbound lanes, State Route 4) to the Hotel Road; thence northerly to Fletcher Road 0.05 mile south of Merrow Road, point of reference utility pole # 2; thence, northerly to Merrow Road 0.06 mile west of Fletcher Road, point of reference utility pole # 4; thence, northerly to Minot Avenue (State Route 11) 0.04 mile west of Heath Lane;

Thence, northerly to the junction of Garfield Road and Stevens Mills Road; thence, northerly to a point on Weatherly place 0.06 mile west of Sunderland Drive; thence, easterly to the junction of Hotel Road and Chicoine Avenue; thence, northerly via the westerly right-of-way of Hotel Road to Crest Avenue; thence, northeasterly to Lake Street at a power line transmission line 0.40 mile west of Sherman Avenue; thence, northerly to a point on Summer Street, 0.10 mile west of the intersection with Mount Auburn Avenue, reference utility pole # 92; thence, due north to point due west of a point on Turner Road (State Route 4) 0.04 mile north of Fair Street; thence, due east to a point on Turner Road (State Route 4) 0.04 mile north of Fair Street, the point of beginning.

Hotel Road # 1

Beginning at the junction of Hotel Road and Lewiston Junction Road; thence, southerly via the east right-of-way of Hotel Road 2.08 miles to a point 0.11 miles north of Poland Spring Road (State Route 122); thence, northerly via the west right-of-way to junction of Lewiston Junction Road; point of beginning.

Hotel Road # 2

Beginning at a point 0.21 mile north of Lake Street , point of reference utility pole #0011/85/115;

Thence, southerly 0.53 mile via the easterly right-of-way boundary of Hotel Road to Simpson Beach Road ; thence, northerly via the westerly right-of-way of Hotel Road to utility pole #0011/85/115, point of beginning.

North & West Auburn

Beginning at the westerly corner of a cemetery on Johnson Road 0.22 mile from Skillings Corner Road; thence, southerly to Lake Shore Drive 0.15 mile east of Skillings Corner Road, point of reference utility pole # 06; thence, southeasterly crossing Lake Auburn to the junction of Spring Road and North Auburn Road; thence, southerly to the junction of Spring Road and West Auburn Road; thence and northwesterly to Perkins Ridge Road at a point 0.06 mile south of Boothbay Street; thence, northerly to the junction of Marston Hill Road and Bridgton Hill Road; thence, northeasterly to the junction of North Auburn Road and Hersey Hill Road; thence, northerly to Holbrook Road at a point 0.10 mile west of North Auburn Road, point of reference utility pole # 702; thence, northeasterly to Skillings Corner Road at a point 0.40 mile north of Lake Shore Drive, point of reference utility pole # 10/307; thence, easterly to Johnson Road, point of beginning.
