of State Maintenance Boundary Lines established for
delimiting the urban area of
Cape
Elizabeth, Cumberland County, Maine
Cape
Elizabeth
Beginning
at a point on Eastman Road 0.13 mile west of Spurwink Avenue, point
of reference utility pole #25; thence, northwesterly to the junction
of Eastman Road and Sawyer Road; thence, due west to the South Portland-Cape
Elizabeth town line; thence, northerly and easterly via the various
courses of said town line to Casco Bay; thence, southerly via the
waters of Casco Bay to a point north of Peabbles Point;
Thence,
due west to the intersection of Ocean House Road (Route 77) and
Fowler Road; thence, southwesterly along the easterly right-of-way
of Fowler Road for 0.16 mile, reference utility pole #20/7; thence,
northwesterly to Scott Dyer Road at Spurwink River Bridge 0.20 miles
east of Spurwink Avenue; thence, westerly along the southerly right-of-way
of Scott Dyer Road to Spurwink Avenue; thence, southerly along the
easterly right-of-way of Spurwink Ave. to the intersection of Spurwink
Ave. and Bowery Beach Road (Route 77); thence, southeasterly along
the northeasterly right of way of Bowery Beach Road (State Route
77) to Fowler Road; thence, crossing Bowery Beach Road and northwesterly
along the southwesterly right of way of Bowery Beach Road to Spurwink
Ave.; thence, northerly along the westerly right of way of Spurwink
Ave. to the intersection of Starboard Drive; thence, northerly to
a point on Eastman Road 0.13 mile west of Spurwink Avenue, reference
utility pole #25, the point of beginning.
Also,
an area encompassing a section of Fowler Road from a point 0.27
miles southwest of Ocean House Road, reference utility pole # J-11,
to a point 0.03 miles southwest of Jewett Road, reference utility
pole # 23. This compact area also encompasses all of Grover Road,
Jewett Road, Vernon Road, Gladys Road, Hampton Road, Sweet Fern
Road and Bayberry Lane.
Also,
beginning at a point on Bower Beach Road (State Route 77) 0.24 mile
west of Richmond Terrace, point of reference utility pole #27/20/20;
thence, northerly via the northwest right-of-way boundary of Bower
Beach Road to a point 0.09 mile north of Went worth Road, point
of reference utility pole #2/502; thence, southerly via the easterly
right-of-way boundary of Bower Beach Road to Two Lights Road; thence
southerly and easterly along the easterly and northerly right of
way of Two Lights Road (inventory road # 20096) to the end of the
public way, a distance of 1.69 miles; thence, westerly and northwesterly
via the south and westerly right-of-way boundary of said road to
Bower Beach Road; thence south westerly along the southerly right
of way of Bower Beach Road to a point 0.24 mile west of Richmond
Terrace, the point of beginning.

the rural area
