Beginning at the intersection of Elm Street and a power transmission line 0.35 miles north of Fenway Avenue; thence, southeasterly to the intersection of Barbara St and Beaver Hill Road; thence, southeasterly to the junction of Railroad Avenue and Ridley Road; thence, southerly along the Eastern right of way of Railroad Avenue for 0.10 miles; thence, southerly to the junction of Pleasant Street (State Route 224) and River Street;
Thence, southeasterly to Shaw Road at a power transmission line 0.26 miles northeasterly of June Street; thence, southeasterly to Cottage Street (US # 202) at a point 0.31 miles northerly of June St; thence, northeasterly along the easterly right of way of US # 202 to the intersection of Grammar Road; thence, southeasterly along the northerly right of way of Grammar Road to State Route 4; thence, southerly along the easterly right of way of State Route 4 to a point 0.67 miles south of Grammar Road, reference utility pole 504/4 (east side of road); thence, northerly along the westerly right of way of State Route 4 to the northern intersection of Old Post Road; thence, southwesterly to the intersection of School St. and Oak Ridge Road; thence, southeasterly to the intersection of State Routes 4 and 109; thence, crossing State Route 4; thence, northerly along the easterly right of way of State Route 4 to the intersection of Jagger Mill Road; thence, easterly to the intersection of Eagle Drive and Community Drive; thence, southeasterly to State Route 99 at a point 0.76 mile east of State Route 109, reference utility pole # 7; thence, southwesterly to the southeastern most extremity of Ridler St.; thence, southwesterly to the southern most extremity of Cotswold St.; thence, westerly to the intersection of State Routes 99 and 109; thence, westerly along the southerly right of way of Route 109 to the intersection of Route 4 and Route 4A-109;
Thence, southwesterly to the southeastern most extremity of Westview Drive; thence, westerly along the southern right of way of Westview Drive; thence, northeasterly to the intersection of Old Mill Road and Mt. Hope Road; thence, westerly along the southerly right of way of Mt. Hope Road to US Route 202; thence easterly along the northerly right of way of Mt. Hope Road to the intersection of Fieldstone Lane; thence, northwesterly to the intersection of US Route 202 and Jellerson Road; thence, northeasterly along the southern right of way of US Route 202 to a point 0.23 miles southwest of Foch St.; thence, northerly to the intersection of Hanson Ridge Road and Harry Howes Road; thence, northwesterly along the northerly right of way of Hanson Ridge Road for 0.33 mile; thence, northwesterly to a point on State Route 11A (Oak St.) 0.36 miles southwest of Brookwood Ave.; thence, northerly to the intersection of State Route 109 (Main St.) and Deering Neighborhood Road; thence, northwesterly along the southwesterly right of way of State Route 109 to the Shapleigh-Sanford Town Line; thence, southeasterly along the northerly right of way of State Route 109 to the intersection of Heidi St.; thence, easterly to Stanley Corner Road at the bridge over Mousam River; thence, southeasterly to the intersection of Elm Street and a power transmission line 0.35 miles north of Fenway Avenue, the point of beginning.
Also, a section of State Route 99 beginning at the Kennebunk-Sanford Town Line and extending easterly to a point 0.29 miles east of the intersection of Stebbins Road reference CMP pole # 30 ½, for a total distance of 0.48 mile.
Also, a section of State Route 109 beginning at the Wells-Sanford Town Line and extending northeasterly to the intersection of Branch Road a total distance of 0.33 mile.
Note: Bridges, if any, bisected by the State Maintenance Line are in the rural area.
