The Biennial Transportation Improvement Program for Federal Fiscal Years 2004-2005 (BTIP) was prepared by the Bureau of Planning, Bureau of Project Development, Environmental Office, Office of Passenger Transportation, Office of Freight Transportation, and the Bureau of Maintenance & Operations at MaineDOT.
