The positions of: Office Associate II, and Office Assistant II are Open Competitive positions which are filled from the certification registers provided to us by the State's Bureau of Human Resources, 4 State House Station, Augusta, ME 04333-0004.

The positions of: Office Specialist II, ParaLegal Assistant, Field Investigator, Chief Field Investigator, and Compliance Officer are Direct Hire positions. Direct Hire applications are accepted by the Commission only when a vacancy is posted.

The positions of: Public Service Coordinator I - Executive Director, and Public Service Coordinator II - Commission Counsel are unclassified. Direct Hire applications are accepted by the Commission only when a vacancy is posted for these positions.
