Maine Advisory Board

In accordance with the Governor's Executive Order by which the Maine Information and Analysis Center was established, an Advisory Board has been established to help ensure that civil liberties of citizens are properly protected.

The Board meets at least twice annually to review MIAC policies and procedures and to advise on matters pertaining to the protection of civil liberties by the Maine Information and Analysis Center in its day to day operations, particularly regarding the collection and handling of information that comes into the MIAC.

The Board consists of the following members:
  1. Dana Connors, Executive Director of the Maine Chamber of Commerce
  2. Daniel Wathen, former Chief Justice, Maine Supreme Court.
  3. Charles Leadbetter, Maine Attorney General's Office
