NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER
On October 26, 2011, IAMAW District Lodge #4 (IAMAW) filed a petition to disclaim interest in continuing to represent a unit of Town of Woolwich employees, described below, as their exclusive collective bargaining agent:
INCLUDED: Town Clerk/Excise Tax Collector/Registrar of Voters/Tax Assessors Agent and Deputy Town Clerk/Deputy Excise Tax Collector/Deputy Registrar of Voters/Deputy Tax Assessors Agent
EXCLUDED: All other employees of the Town of Woolwich
In accordance with Board Rule Chap. 11, § 81, IAMAW has notified the Board that there is no contract in effect and that IAMAW has no outstanding financial obligations related to election costs, grievance/arbitration or impasse resolution proceedings.
The Board has posted this notice to apprise affected employees of the petition for disclaimer.
Any employee wishing to object to the requested disclaimer should contact the Board on or before Monday, November 14, 2011. The Board office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
