The Logging Dispute Resolution Board (LDRB) has the authority to decide disputes related to wage violations, payout amounts, contracts violations, or disputes related to hiring. To file a complaint with the Logging Dispute Resolution Board, please follow these steps:
- Review the LDRB Rules which govern the filing of complaints – see BAC Rules, Chapter 3.
- Complete and sign LDRB Form 1 and draft a Concise Statement of Facts.
- To e-file the complaint (LDRB Form 1 and Concise Statement of Facts), email a copy to ldrb@maine.gov and to the respondent. Note: The complaint will not be considered officially filed with the LDRB until a hard copy has been placed in the mail or otherwise delivered to the respondent.
- To file by mail, please send a copy to the board at this address:
