★ Conference Date: Thursday May 24, 2012
★ Schools may register 35 Students and 7 adults in a 5:1 ratio. With 4 students you may bring 1 adult, with 12 students, you may bring 3 adults, with 34 students, 7 adults, etc.
★ Conference Registration opens on Monday April 2, 2012 @ 10:00 AM (If, on May 1, 2012 at 12 Noon any places still remain unfilled, schools may register an additional 10 students and 2 adults. This will continue until 1,140 registrations are received. Registration will close when 1,140 registrations are received or on May 14, 2012 @ 4 PM, whichever comes sooner.)
★ Conference Location: UMaine - Orono, Maine
★ Conference Cost: Registration fee is $16 per adult or student participant. Cost includes morning refreshments/lunch.★ Media Release Form: Please print a copy for each student attending the MLTI Student Conference and send home for parent signature. MLTI needs to receive a copy prior to the conference. Many schools send the release form home along with the permission slip. Due Wednesday, May 18, 2012.★ Presenting teams are provided one teacher and two student complimentary registrations per presenting team.
★ Students who had artwork selected for the 2012-2013 MLTI Screensaver will have registration fees waived.
