AppleCare Warranty and Support


The MLTI III devices are covered by an enhanced 4-year AppleCare Warranty and Support agreement. In order to receive these enhanced services, schools must follow MLTI repair and support protocols, and utilize the MLTI Local Depot for all in-warranty repair work. In-warranty repairs performed by in-house certified AppleCare technicians are also acceptable.


In the past, it was acceptable for DOE-approved Apple Authorized Service Providers (AASPs) to provide in-warranty repair services; however, we are discontinuing their involvement in this rendition of the project.
Out-of-warranty repairs may be done at the MLTI Local Depot, by in-house certified AppleCare technician (at school), or an AASP.
