Project Sponsors and their agents or representatives who are currently marketing or plan to market shared financial interest in a project that is participating in NEB must register through the on-line registration process established on the Commission’s webpage on or before March 26, 2025. This Order applies to Project Sponsors and their agents who have already registered.
