Certify Form 486
- The certification page will open another window
- You will see the list of certifications made earlier in the form.
- You will also see at number 7 an "empty" box to enter your PIN.
- Type your PIN in the box and then check the compliance box
- You will get a pop up with a "Cert Id"
- Close this box
