Jeanne Hoyle, Information System Support Specialist II in the Desktop Support Server Group, will retire from state government effective January 1, 2003, after 32+ years of State service. Jeanne's last BIS work day is December 20, 2002. Best wishes, Jeanne, on your retirement. We will miss your friendly attitude, willingness to help, and technical skills.

Andrea McCaslin joined BIS on November 12, 2002, as a Systems Analyst in the Development Services MFASIS group.
