NOTICE TO INTERESTED PARTIES

PeoplesChoice Credit Union, Biddeford, Maine, has requested permission to amend its bylaws to expand its field of membership, in accordance with Title 9-B M.R.S.A. § 848.

Presently, PeoplesChoice Credit Union’s field of membership consists of any person who lives, works and/or attends school in York County, Maine; immediate family members; and organizations and associations of all such persons.

The Credit Union requested approval to expand its field of membership to add persons who live, work and/or attend school in Cumberland County, Maine.

The Bureau approved the request to expand its field of membership by adding the requested well-defined community. Therefore, as amended, the field of membership for PeoplesChoice Credit Union consists of any person who lives, works and/or attends school in Cumberland or York County, Maine; immediate family members; and organizations and associations of all such persons.

Any person aggrieved by this final agency action shall be entitled to judicial review, pursuant to the provisions the Maine Administrative Procedures Act, Title V, Chapter 375, Subchapter VII (5 M.R.S.A. § 11001, et seq.).
