NOTICE TO INTERESTED PARTIES

Saco Valley Credit Union, Saco, Maine, has requested permission to amend its bylaws to expand its field of membership, in accordance with Title 9-B M.R.S.A. § 848.

Presently, Saco Valley Credit Union’s field of membership consists of individuals living or working in Biddeford, Buxton, West Buxton, Dayton, Hollis, South Hollis, Lyman, Old Orchard Beach, Saco, Waterboro and North Waterboro, Maine.

The Credit Union requested approval to expand its field of membership to add individuals who live, work, worship or attend school in York County or Cumberland County, Maine; and immediate family members, organizations and associations of all such individuals.

The Bureau approved the request to expand its field of membership by adding the requested well-defined community. Therefore, as amended, the field of membership for Saco Valley Credit Union consists of individuals who live, work, worship or attend school in York County or Cumberland County, Maine; and immediate family members, organizations and associations of all such individuals.

Any person aggrieved by this final agency action shall be entitled to judicial review, pursuant to the provisions the Maine Administrative Procedures Act, Title V, Chapter 375, Subchapter VII (5 M.R.S.A. § 11001, et seq.).
