NOTICE TO INTERESTED PARTIES

Sabattus Regional Credit Union, Sabattus, Maine, has requested permission to amend its bylaws to expand its field of membership in accordance with Title 9-B M.R.S.A. § 848.

Presently, Sabattus Regional Credit Union’s field of membership consists of:

Persons who live, work, worship or attend school in the Towns of Manchester, Hallowell, Farmingdale, West Gardiner, Litchfield, Monmouth, Leeds, Greene, Wales, Sabattus, Lisbon, Durham, Bowdoin, Bowdoinham, and Topsham, Maine, and the Cities of Auburn and Lewiston, Maine; employees of Sabattus Regional Credit Union, and members of the immediate families of, and organizations and associations of, all persons within the above-defined Community.

The Credit Union requested approval to expand its field of membership to add persons who live, work, worship or attend school in the Town of Richmond. The Bureau approved the request.

Therefore, as amended, the field of membership for Sabattus Regional Credit Union consists of the following:

Persons who live, work, worship or attend school in the Towns of Manchester, Hallowell, Farmingdale, West Gardiner, Litchfield, Monmouth, Leeds, Greene, Wales, Sabattus, Lisbon, Durham, Bowdoin, Bowdoinham, Topsham, and Richmond, Maine, and the Cities of Auburn and Lewiston, Maine; employees of Sabattus Regional Credit Union, and members of the immediate families of, and organizations and associations of, all persons within the above-defined Community.

Any person aggrieved by this final agency action shall be entitled to judicial review, pursuant to the provisions the Maine Administrative Procedures Act, Title V, Chapter 375, Subchapter VII (5 M.R.S.A. § 11001, et seq.).
