NOTICE TO INTERESTED PARTIES

University Credit Union, Orono, Maine, has requested permission to amend its bylaws to expand its field of membership, in accordance with Title 9-B M.R.S.A. § 848.

University Credit Union is a multiple common bond credit union whose field of membership consists primarily of select employee groups.  To facilitate the merger with Bansco Credit Union, the proposed bylaw change expands the field of membership of University Credit Union to add employees of the Boards of Education in Penobscot County, Maine and retirees of all employee groups.

The Bureau approved the  University Credit Union bylaw change to expand its field of membership by adding the requested select employee group.  Therefore, University Credit Union  may add employees of the Boards of Education in Penobscot County, Maine and retirees of all employee groups to its field of membership.

Any person aggrieved by this final agency action shall be entitled to judicial review, pursuant to the provisions the Maine Administrative Procedures Act, Title V, Chapter 375, Subchapter VII (5 M.R.S.A. § 11001, et seq.).
