NOTICE OF SUPENSION OF TIME FOR ACTION ON THE APPLICATION OF
FHB FORMATION, LLC, BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS TO ACQUIRE CONTROL OF NORTHEAST BANCORP
Pursuant to Title 9-B M.R.S. § 252.2(c), FHB Formation, LLC, Boston, Massachusetts, has requested that the Bureau of Financial Institutions grant an extension of its application to acquire control of Northeast Bancorp, Lewiston, Maine.
Public notice of this application was originally provided May 20 and May 27, 2010 in the Lewiston Sun Journal. No comments were received during the public comment period which closed June 19, 2010.
As good cause has been shown, the Bureau will extend for a period not to exceed sixty days, or not later than October 18, 2010, the time period in which it will act on the application.
