NOTICE OF SUPENSIONOF TIME FOR ACTION ON THE APPLICATION OF
PRIM CAPITAL CORPORATION, CLEVELAND, OHIO TO ESTABLISH A NONDEPOSITORY
TRUST COMPANY TO BE KNOWN AS
THE NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY
Pursuant to Title 9-B M.R.S.A. § 252.2(c), Prim Capital Corporation,
Cleveland, Ohio, has requested that the Bureau of Financial Institutions
grant an extension of its application to establish a nondepository trust
company to be known as The New York Trust Company.
Public notice of this application was originally provided January
11, January 18 and January 25, 2007 in the Portland Press Herald. No
comments were received during the public comment period which closed
February 12, 2007.
As good cause has been shown, the Bureau will extend for a period
not to exceed thirty days, or not later than May 10, 2007, the time
period in which it will act on the application.
