Licensee Search

Follow the steps listed below to produce a list of Maine licensed companies or entities.

  1. Click on Licensee search.
  2. On the next web page, click on “Search for a Company”. This search can be used to search for a specific company or to produce a list of companies meeting the search criteria.
  3. If not already selected, select INSURANCE as the “Regulator”.
  4. Select a company type as the “Business Type”.
  5. Select the checkbox next to “Show only active licenses” to return only licensees with active licenses.
  6. Click on the “Search” button.

The list of companies meeting your search criteria will be generated. The list may be viewed on the screen or downloaded in a comma-delimited file by clicking the “Download” link above the search results.
