PUBLIC COMMENT SESSIONS

On November 17, 2009, and January 4, 2010, respectively, I issued Notices of Pending Proceeding and Hearing in the above-captioned matters. The Notices, and a subsequent grant of a continuance, set a public hearing on MEGA’s filings for February 25 and 26, 2010, in the Central Conference Room, Department of Professional and Financial Regulation, Gardiner Annex, 76 Northern Avenue, Gardiner, Maine. In addition to the February 25th and 26th hearings, MEGA policyholders and other members of the public may provide comments for my consideration at public input sessions that I am holding at the following times and places:1

Portland:

February 22, 2010, beginning at 4:00 p.m.
Cumberland County Civic Center @ the Maine Lobby Room
1 Civic Center Square, Portland, Maine

 
Bangor: February 24, 2010, beginning at 4:00 p.m.
Husson University @ the Libra Lecture Hall
