• This license renews annually on November 30

• You may renew your license begining 60 days prior to your expiration date. Renew now! You do not need to wait for a renewal reminder notice.
• Late fee of $50 assessed if renewing after November 30th
• If application submitted more than 90 days after the November 30 expiration date, you will be subject to all requirements governing new applicants. (See 32 MRSA §6219). You will be required to reapply by filing a reinstatement application with documentation and fees.
• Continuing Education: 24 contact hours of continuing education is required prior to the November 30 renewals (biennially) i.e., 2011, 2013, 2015, etc.

• Fill out the online renewal application and submit.

The Department must verify that you have met all the conditions for renewal before your license is renewed. Online submission of your renewal application should not be construed as automatic renewal of your license.
