Certified General Real Property Appraiser - $425- Annual
Certified Residential Real Property Appraiser - $425 - Annual
Licensed Real Property Appraiser - $425 - Annual
Trainee Real Property Appraiser - $425 - Annual

These fees apply to original and renewal licenses.
