NOTICE TO ALL LICENSEES REGARDING RENEWAL APPLICATIONS

Charitable Organization Application - The State of Maine does not accept the Unified Registration Form (URS). You must complete and submit this form to license your charitable organization in the State of Maine.

Exempt Charitable Organization Application

Professional Solicitor Application

Professional Fund-Raising Counsel Application

Commercial Co-Venturer Application

Renewal - A renewal application will be mailed to you to complete and return prior to expiration at the last known address on file. You must complete the form that is mailed to you to renew. You can expect to receive the renewal application approximately 60 days prior to expiration. A late fee of $50.00 is assessed for licenses renewed after the license expiration date. (December 1 - March 1)

Any person who submits an application for renewal more than 90 days after the expiration date shall be subject to all requirements governing new applicants. You will need to reapply.

Annual Fundraising Activity Report ("AFAR") Forms - Due at time of Renewal (November 30th)

Credit Card Authorization form
To authorize payment of fees by Visa or MasterCard.
