The Board was called to order by Ted Chaffee, Chair at 8:45 a.m.
- ADMINISTRATOR’S COMMENTARY
Introduction of Penny Vaillancourt, the new board administrator.
Discussion of LD 1214, an act regarding confidentiality and mental health.
- COMPLAINT PROCEDURE PRESENTATIONS
Judy Peters gave a presentation of the complaint process for the new members and annual review for all members.
- COMPLAINT PRESENTATIONS
COU-110: The complaint committee recommends dismissal. Cindy Woodard moved and Karen St. Clair seconded to dismiss the complaint due to evidence presented by the licensee. Motion passed with 7 in favor, 1 recusal (Cheryl Davis).
- LICENSE APPLICATIONS AND RENEWALS
Polly Burgess moved and David Bellville seconded, to approve the new licenses as listed. Passed with one abstention (Karen St. Clair).
Reid Stevens moved and Karen St. Clair seconded, to deny the licenses as listed. Passed unanimously.
Polly Burgess moved and Karen St. Clair seconded, to approve the renewals as listed. Passed unanimously.
- SUPERVISOR APPROVALS
Polly Burgess moved and Reid Stevens seconded, to approve Michael Butz as Valerie Renshaw’s supervisor. Passed unanimously.
- INACTIVE STATUS
Cindy Woodard moved and Karen St. Clair seconded to approve inactive status for Karen Stowe. Motion passed unanimously.
- ADJOURN
