Minutes of January 24, 2005 Public Board Meeting

  1. CALL TO ORDER
    The meeting was called to order by Theodore Chaffee, Chair at 8:53 a.m.

  2. OLD BUSINESS
    1. Approval of December 20, 2004 Minutes

      Polly Moutevelis-Burgess made a motion to approve the minutes of the December 20, 2004 meeting as amended. The motion was seconded by Cynthia Woodard.
      Vote:  6 – In favor

  3. NEW BUSINESS
    1. Adjudicatory Hearing

      COU – 119 – Gabrielle Broche – 9:00 a.m.

      The hearing was called to order at 9:05 a.m.

      Jim Smith established that none of the board members needed to recuse themselves because of conflict of interest with the licensee. However, Cheryl Davis will not participate in the hearing because she is a potential witness.

      There were no objections from counsel to board members present for the hearing.

      The hearing was closed at 4:00 p.m. and will continue on January 31, 2005 at 9:00 a.m.
