Manufactured Housing Board Qualifying TrainingAll applicants for licensure must obtain initial training, including, but not limited to, the servicing and installation of manufactured housing. Applicants for initial licensure must complete the training before the board approves the application for licensure. Here are the steps you must follow to complete the training:
Please allow 7-10 business days for the office to review your exam and send your score (if you have supplied us with an email address), your certificate will follow by mail. You must get 70% of the questions on the exam correct in order to pass. If you do not pass the exam you may take it again immediately. After you have passed the exam you may submit your application along with the appropriate fees for the board’s approval.
