Residential Care Facility Administrator

"Residential Care Facility Administrator" is an individual who is charged with, and has responsibility for, the general administration of a Residential Care Facility. A "Residential Care Facility" refers, for this purpose, to a Level IV Residential Care Facility having a licensed capacity for seven or more residents, and whose services provided fall within the definition of a medical care facility other than a hospital.

Renewal fees and information

Fees	Renewal Fee of $200
Requirements	A late fee of $50 is assessed for licenses renewed after the June 30 license expiration date. Renewal reminders are mailed approximately 60 days prior to the license expiration date. A person who submits an application for renewal more than 90 days after the license expiration date is subject to all requirements governing new applicants and is required to reapply with an original license application, documentation and fees. Continuing Education - 12 hours of continuing education pursuant to board rules.
Renew Now	Fill out the online renewal application and submit. The Department must verify that you have met all the conditions for renewal before your license is renewed. Online submission of your renewal application should not be construed as automatic renewal of your license.
