            The State’s Unopposed Motion to Amend the Consent Judgment is hereby GRANTED.  The Consent Judgment is hereby amended as follows:  The Securities Administrator shall distribute any payments received under paragraph 4 of the Consent Judgment to Smith P. Thiemann as restitution.  The original Consent Judgment remains in effect in all other respects.
