September – Annual Sales, Use and Service Provider Tax Symposium

This annual symposium is a complete overview of the sales, use and service provider tax law.  It addresses both new attendees as well as those who have attended a symposium in the past and would like to keep informed about changes in the law and receive a refresher course on applying the law to the business they represent.  This daylong event begins with a presentation on “WHAT’S NEW”, a session explaining recent legislative changes and other current events, followed by a general overview of the sales, use and service provider taxes and all the administrative and compliance issues facing retailers such as registration, reporting, electronic filing, exempt documentation and recordkeeping requirements, resolving errors, refunds and tips for being prepared for an audit.  A great symposium for retailers involved in multiple tax issues and exemptions, CEO’s, bookkeepers, accountants and lawyers.
