Deadlines for Current Citizen Initiatives

The 2012 filing deadline for initiative petitions is January 30, 2012.

The 2013 filing deadline for initiative petitions is January 24, 2013.

The number of valid signatures currently required is 57,277 (10% of the total votes cast for Governor at the November 2, 2010 election).
