STATUTORY AUTHORITY: 32 M.R.S.A. §1153 and §1153-A
PURPOSE: The Board intends to review and revise its rules to ensure clarity and conformity with the enabling statute, adopting by reference the current edition of the National Electrical Code in which all installations must conform.
ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE: Prior to July, 2003.
AFFECTED PARTIES: Licensees and the general public.
CONSENSUS-BASED RULE DEVELOPMENT: Not Contemplated.
