CHAPTER 40: Qualification for Licensure as Land Surveyor-In-Training
STATUTORY AUTHORITY: 32 MRSA §13903(2)
PURPOSE: This Chapter sets the requirements for licensure as a land surveyor-in-training. The Board may need to amend the chapter to clarify licensing procedures.

CHAPTER 50: Qualification for Licensure as Professional Land Surveyor

PURPOSE: This Chapter establishes the licensing qualifications for professional land surveyors. The Board may need to amend the chapter to clarify licensing procedures. In addition, the an inactive license status may be established.

CHAPTER 70: Professional Development
STATUTORY AUTHORITY: 32 MRSA §13903(2)
PURPOSE: This Chapter establishes the continuing education requirements for renewal. The Board may amend this chapter to clarify procedures for compliance and to adopt procedures for activating a license if an inactive license category is established.

CHAPTER 90: Standards of Practice
