CHAPTER 2: Complaints, Investigations and Adjudicatory Hearings

PURPOSE: The Board may review and revise its rules to ensure clarity and conformity with the enabling statute by clarifying the procedure by which complaints and adjudicatory hearings will be handled by the Board.

CHAPTER 3: Licensing Requirements
