CHAPTER
2(1): Section 213 Compensation for Partial Incapacity
STATUTORY AUTHORITY: 39-A M.R.S.A. § 152(2); § 213
PURPOSE: The permanent impairment threshold is due to be re-examined
by January 1, 2004.
