AUGUSTA, MAINE — Secretary of State Matthew Dunlap administered the oath of office Monday to Patty Morneault of Turner, appointing her Deputy Secretary of State for the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.


?It is my pleasure to appoint Patty Morneault as Deputy Secretary of State for the Bureau of Motor Vehicles,? said Secretary Dunlap. ?She brings to the job 23 years of motor vehicle experience and detailed knowledge of the bureau?s operations.?? We are fortunate to have her take the helm at BMV.?


Ms. Morneault holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration.  Her management philosophy will build upon staff support and public trust in the services the agency delivers to the citizens and businesses of the state.
