Once you've made the decision to seek out help, it can be difficult knowing where to find it. The following is a list of different organizations and people that provide support for various issues. You will see that the list is broken down into two sections, local and state. Use your local phone book or www.whitepages.com to find the contact information for the local agencies and people nearest to you. The state resources have links with them so you can check out their web page and find the contact information. Your local library may also be able to help you.
