Goals: To conserve and restore the natural and historic heritage of the Sheepscot River Watershed.
Land protection throughout the watershed including riverfront lands bordering endangered Atlantic Salmon habitat and in the ‘Forever Wild’ corridor in the upper estuary; trail development on our public preserves including a new preserve along the Sheepscot River in Alna; long term water-quality monitoring program; technical assistance to area towns working on their comprehensive planning; education to residents about the benefits of good environmental practices.
