Goals: To regulate (via a permit program) work in or affecting navigable waters and the discharge of dredged or fill material into all waters and wetlands.
Current Programs:
Activities commonly requiring permits include piers, marinas, dredging, filling, moorings, aquaculture, temporary and permanent structures, and utility crossings.
