To educate consumers about the variety of product forms, versatility of the product, and nutritional information; Maine Lobster Month in August; supermarket and restaurant promotions; culinary competition for Maine chefs; trade advertising; represent industry at trade shows; overseas market research; press release campaign; overseas product training seminars.
