Electronic Filing

1. Choose either the NEW UPExchange program or HRS Pro Holder Reporting Software. Visit their respective websites for more information about using the said reporting programs.
2. Follow the instructions to transfer, import, or enter your owner information, as well as print your owner notification letters for easy mailing.
3. File your electronic report using any of the following methods:
   • Email: up.holderinquiry@maine.gov
     
   • Mail: CD or 3.5" diskette to:
