Trading Partner Documents

The trading partner documents on this page must be filled out, sent to and approved by the WCB prior to any claims or proof of coverage filings via EDI. All new trading partners must pass all testing requirements before being approved for production status. The completion of the trading partner documents is the first step in the process.

The Maine Electronic Trading Partner/Transmission Profile document provides pertinent information about the receiver, sender, and transmission protocol.

The Maine Electronic Partnering ID List contains a list of entities that the Trading Partner will be sending claims for on their behalf.

The Claim Administrator Address List is a document that contains the physical location address for all offices that claims are administered from.

Please fill the documents out completely and send them to Paul Fortier for review.
