DIVISION OF CENTRAL SERVICES
The Division of Central Services is part of the Department of Administration and Financial Services.
Central Services oversees two main areas of state government: Maine Postal, which provides postal services to state agencies; and Maine Surplus, which handles state and federal surplus property.

Maine Postal
Maine Postal provides a wide range of mail services for state agencies, including interoffice mail.
Maine Surplus
Maine Surplus facilitates the fair and equitable distribution of surplus property to eligible donees, followed by the general public.
Federal Surplus
Eligible donees can acquire federal surplus property offered by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA).
