Join local area organizations to celebrate winter in the Katahdin region with the first ever Winter Festival hosted at the Patten Lumbermen's Museum on Saturday, March 1, 2025, from 1PM to 5PM.

The family-friendly afternoon will encompass many outdoor activities such as skiing and snowshoeing demonstrations, nature walks, entomology, forestry, fire safety, winter wildlife track identification, snow creation activities and much more.

This FREE event is made possible by the generous contribution of time and expertise from many of our local Katahdin area organizations.
