As part of its rebranding and the Office of Cannabis Policy's (OCP) continued effort to engage with stakeholders in a meaningful, data-informed way, the OCP commissioned reports on Maine's cannabis markets, their progress since the launch of the adult use program, and the associated impacts. These periodic reports will provide significant data from which OCP and its stakeholders can inform messaging, engagement, and operations.
The surveys and subsequent reports were prepared by Advocates for Human Potential, and measure feedback from nearly 2,000 Mainers on their cannabis use, purchasing habits, and the implications of this usage.
