IV. NARRATIVE
On 7-24-2006 Michael Kuhns, of Dragon Products, reported a release of thirty five gallons of hydraulic oil. This spill occurred inside a building when a hose ruptured. The oil was cleaned up by Dragon employees. No site visit was made and no further action is expected.
