IV. NARRATIVE |
Eric Grenier of Dragon Products contacted this office to report a spill of fuel oil at their plant in Thomaston. The spill occurred in the "Tex Header" room in the Core building and was the result of a faulty valve controlled by an electronic switch. The assembly was scheduled for replacement the following day. An estimated 10 gallons was collected with sorbent clay litter. The spill impacted inside the plant only. No site visit was made.
