IV. NARRATIVE |
Eric Grenier of Dragon contacted this office to report a lube oil spill at pier #3, a support structure for the cement kiln. A leaking seal was discovered and oil had discharged to the concrete surface beneath the pier. Spilled oil was collected with sorbent material and disposed of on site in the licensed cement kiln. No site visit was made by the Department of Environmental Protection, and no further action is expected.
